Chair Alex Phillips with Maeve Halligan and Mercedes Schlapp warn that pornography culture, erasure of biological sex, and radical ideologies are making the West less safe for women.

Late on Day 1, CPAC UK turned to culture and women's safety. Cambridge University Society of Women co-founder Maeve Halligan described setting up a women-only society and the backlash that followed; chair Alex Phillips framed hyper-sexualisation and far-left gender ideology as twin pressures.

Mercedes Schlapp linked American pornography consumption and trafficking networks to border failures under the prior US administration, arguing content and cartels alike degrade relationships and endanger girls. Panelists treated porn culture not as a side issue but as a structural threat to women and girls.

“It's happened through hyper-sexualization the rapid growth of pornography… through radical far left policies that wants to erase concepts such as biological sex.”
